Flexible work environment

Hiring Process 

We use a values-based hiring model, influenced by Peopleink, to ensure alignment with our mission, culture and ways of working, while also considering skills and experience.

Candidates selected for interviews typically meet with three team members. This approach reflects our commitment to collaboration, fairness and thoughtful decision-making.
