In November 2025, Bach Mai Hospital’s leadership team met with Project ECHO’s cancer program team, as well as ECHO partners from Indonesia and India, to discuss how virtual networks and case-based learning have increased access to cancer care across Vietnam.
Dr. Giap Vu Van, deputy director of the respiratory center at Bach Mai Hospital, shared the hospital’s goal of becoming an ECHO Hub, which would enable more health care providers and institutions to receive training and implement lifesaving care.
